Our school has "No Homework Days" to lessen the stress of the constant amount of homework that is typically assigned. By providing resources to the students, such as counselors, many students feel as though they are able to open up about topics such as mental health. The administration makes the effort to ensure that the school is an accepting and safe place. Stevens's environment is also fulfilling. Stevens doesn't mess around! Our swim team, which I've been on since I've come to the school, is competitive and truly makes the sport enjoyable. The school is not only great academically, but when it comes to sports, J.P. It is a good academic school that encourages its students to work and study hard for their future. ![]() Stevens High School is competitive in numerous aspects. However, that freedom has decreased with new rules such as: "No eating or drinking in study hall." Lastly, HSN's culture is amazing, with students being friendly and a positive yet competitive spirit in the school. The fun aspect of HSN is great! HSN offers a variety of fun events throughout the year and a moderate amount of freedom to its students. For certain content-heavy courses, this can make it extremely hard for students to learn and prepare for exams. The only negative aspect of HSN education is that some teachers don't teach, leaving students to learn the content. ![]() The teachers tend to be fair, understanding, and sociable, and the curriculum is useful and interesting. The education that HSN provides is of a fairly high quality, with the district as a whole being quite competitive. I believe that there are three main components of the HSN experience: education, fun, and culture. ![]() Senior: West Windsor Plainsboro High School North (HSN) has provided me with many great experiences.
